I have many passions in life, one of them being a building preservation fanatic. Whenever I see an old house in disrepair, my head starts spinning with ways that can make the house glorious again.

The current state of the building construction industry in Sweden where I live is quite disheartening, to say the least. If I go to the big box stores that sells construction material and ask a question, their only answer will be "Throw away the old, in with fresh and new!". Not only is this expensive and unsustainable, it robs us of much of our cultural heritage, something we'll never be able to fully recover from.

Here you will find my way of taking care of our heritage, and hopefully you will also come to realise that what our ancestors has left behind, is something worth preserving.
